Can I use Intel Core i3-9100 or i5 9400 cpu at 290-p0043w Slim pc?

@hanmj , welcome to the forum.

 

Here is the Product Specifications page for the computer.  You should look at the section titled "Processor/Processor upgrade information".  In this section is a list of compatible processors.  These have been fully tested to assure that they are compatible with the motherboard.  If a processor is not on the list, it is questionable that it will work.
