I need to upgrade CPU from i5-4570 to i7-4790. it possible to upgrade or not?  I saw in spec sheet can use CPU up to i7-4770.

The Intel 4th Gen i7- 4770 is as good as it gets for this desktop PC. Trying the i7-4790 will be abit of a gamble.

Typically you will need a BIOS update to make the i7-4790 work and it must be installed prior to the installation of the i7-4790.  However, I looked through the posted BIOS updates and not one of them mentioned support for the i7-4790.
