Can I use the

Kingston 8GB 2400MHz DDR4 Non-ECC CL17 DIMM 1Rx8

To upgrade myPC? This is the ram I have currently but it doesn't seem to be enough.

Also any suggestions for video card upgrades would be greatly appreciated

Hi:

You should be able to use that memory in your PC to max it out.

...or this one, which according to the link is compatible for your PC.

Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 UDIMM | CT8G4DFS824A | Crucial.com

You cannot upgrade the graphics adapter.

There are no expansion slots for one, and your PC's external power supply is only 65W.
