I have upgrade my power supply and RAM in my HP Micro G7 N40L NHP AP Server so I could install a Low Profile AMD 2 GBit Graphics card.
Can I install an MS-4365 Rev. 1.1 Z Turbo Drive PCIe SSD Adapter (256GB M2 SSD)?

Do not think it will work.
The spec for the server calls references only 2 port but also mentions port "2-2" for use with a management card.
That management card is part number 615095-B21
I found that part at NewEgg and it fits in an x1 slot but uses additional socket behind the x1

If it is really a PCIe X4 physical socket then it might work. You need to peek under the hood and see fi the socket is a single length X4
Even then, there is no telling if the "missing pins" have something to connect to if a real x4 card is pushed in.
Good Luck
