@Reverse3573,

The answer is: Yes, it can.  A Nvidia GT 630 (there is no GT 630 Ti ! -unless you meant the GTX 650 Ti) pulls 50 watt max.  Your 300 watt PSU can handle this: https://www.nvidia.com/en-gb/geforce/graphics-cards/geforce-gt-630-oem/specifications/. Take a look what graphics cards other users managed to make work on your system: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-Pro-3400-Series-MT/6368.

Since your HP Pro 3400 MT PC -see: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03550750.pdf has a standard PCIe X16 graphics slot, which means that it can deliver up to 75 watts, you could aim higher graphics-wise with a higher grade low power (low profile) GPU.

Good luck!

Kind Regards,

A list of supported boards is here

https://www.manualslib.com/manual/598715/Hp-Pro-3400.html?page=37#manual

The 630 Ti (?) is spec'ed over at Tech Power Up

https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/geforce-gt-630.c816

as requiring minimum 250 watt which seems ok.

I have Pro 3400 running S9000 series with original 7.16 bios but I was able to run GTX-1060 with a modified bios and larger power supply.  There are slight differences in motherboards "cupertino2" so I do not know if the modified bios would work on your system.
