@Dekyller,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Yes, any size RTX 3050 will physically fit in your HP EliteDesk 800 G1 TWR, but this is the thing: your stock 320-watt power supply (please verify) does not have an 8-pin PCIe power cable in order to power most RTX 3050 graphics cards.

Regular, full-sized RTX 3050 graphics cards have a 130-watt TDP, and your stock power supply could power it, but you'll have to use a dual 15-pin SATA power to 8-pin PCIe power adapter cable, such as seen here: https://www.amazon.com/PCI-Cable-15-pin-Express-Adapter/dp/B07FK8SJTV/ref=sr_1_1?crid=13O4G6N72GF6B&....

Let's call this option #1.

Option #2 is to use a so-called low-power, low-profile RTX 3050, such as seen here: https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/msi-rtx-3050-low-profile-6-gb.b11696.  This card has a low 70-watt TDP and does not require a PCIe power cable.

If you go this route, make sure you get the full-sized bracket as seen here, in order to install this card in your TWR.

Kind Regards,
