Product: HP Pavilion 20-b014 All-in-One Desktop PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I was recently given a Pavilion 20-b014 All-In-One in good condition. Upgraded the RAM and put in new hard drive. Problem is the slow 1.4 GHz processor. Can the CPU be upgraded? How?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility of a CPU upgrade as your AMD E1-1200 APU processor is soldered down onto your motherboard:
