Hi my number product is : 8BR34EA#ABF and i already got 8Go Ram so now i have 16Go and an ssd with 1To and i wanted to change my cpu to an i7-9700f but i wanted to change my gpu too, so what can i have for 310W max ?
And for example if i wanted to change my cpu to an i7-9700f and my gpu to a GTX 1660 ti, how much power should i get ?

You can change the processor is compatible, for the GPU you need a 400 watt power supply
