At the 47 sec mark of this video it looks like a 120mm fan is the only case fan
A 120mm corsair closed cooler could be used but the radiator would have to be outside the case.
I am more concerned about the air flow. I suspect it will be a problem. Using a 120mm liquid cooler means replacing two fans with a single fan.
You should use a Dremel to cut out and mount the liquid cooler fan on the lid. The radiator could go on the outside and the fan inside the case.
Did you recently upgrade the CPU and find the system is hot? Set the fan speed up in the bios. If you have an i7 and are not using the extra 4 threads you might consider disabling hyperthreading and just use the basic 4 cores.
