I have had this computer for years and i want to ask if it's possible to change graphic card and add more RAM. I know i can't change de processor.

The processor is soldered to the motherboard, the PC has 2 slots and supports 16 GB of DDR4-2400 type ram and 260 pin

To find a graph is almost impossible, it is a special format and not only that you must change all the heat sinks. It is better to change the computer.
The format must be MxM graphic m.2
