Can any of these allow me to run 4K at max settings for most games, and overall could the motherboard work with a rx 7900xt?

HP Recommended

In looking at the specs for the Radeon RX 7900XT 20GB - requires a much larger power supply than the installed 500w presently in place.  Also the Moria3 motherboard has PCIe Gen 3 x16 socket which would not allow that graphics card to preform at expected levels.

I think you are expecting too much from that system, even with the mentioned upgrades.

overall what upgrades can i make to the pc that is worth doing, thinking id atleast like to play games at 4k 60fps comfortably?

HP Recommended

In checking out the performance needed to achieve the 4K @ 60fps is beyond a reasonable upgrade.  Upgrading the  hardware could possibly achieve 1080 @ 60fps but 4K requires much more than it is worth on the platform you have now, IMHO.

Also it is beyond my expertise.  I will tag @NonSequitur777, as he might be able to give you upgrade help to achieve your goal.

@TheOldMan,

Thank you, Sir, I am happy to contribute.

@BotManGlyn,

Yes, you can game at 60fps+ in 4K with this option:

1.) Upgrade your power supply with at least a 750-watt power supply such as this Cooler Master MWe Gold V3 750 Watt:

Happens to be on sale too at the moment.

2.) Definitely an Asus ProArt RTX 4080 16GB.  This card is by far the smallest sized (300 x 120 x 50mm) of all RTX 4080 cards and should fit comfortably (please check!) in your OMEN 25L Desktop - GT12-0010na (9YK26EA):

Whatever you do, shun AMD graphics cards.  Trust me on this.

Fun fact: an RTX 4080 blows the RX 7900 XT royally out of the water game: https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-4080-vs-AMD-RX-7900-XT/4138vs4141.

Kind Regards,

to be quite honest i was avoiding Nvidia due to the price, i preferred AMD due to the price to performance.

not only this but isnt the rtx 4080 for pcie gen 4?
So i would not get the full capabilities of such a gpu.
