Hi, i buyed an Nvidia GT 1030 (GDDR5), but the PSU of my machine isn´t capable to work. The PSU of the machine is 240W, but i need an PSU >300W. Is it possible to get a 300W or could it work with an ATX adapter?

Did you try to install it? I would be very surprised if it did not work with the power supply you have. NVidia says that those cards only draw about 30 watts. IF you did try to install it, perhaps the power supply is not operating as it should. If that is the case, it would be a good idea to give it a good cleaning with some canned air before putting down the money for a replacement.
Try http://partsurfer.hp.com/. Use your serial number for an exact match to all of the parts that are compatible. From what I have read, I believe there is a 400 watt power supply that you can get for your PC.

I was able to find and purchase the 400W Power Supply for my 800 G2 Tower not the smaller SFF you are asking about, install was super easy and I am now able to run NVIDIA RTX 2060 mini in my system. Soon going to try the RTX 2070.
Again this is for the Tower: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-elitedesk-800-g2-tower-pc/7633297/product-info
Just search Google for HP part number 796416-001 to find the 400W Power Supply compatible with your G2 Tower.
You will also need either a SATA 15-Pin to 6 pin PCIE Video Card Power Adapter for NVIDIA 10 series cards such as GTX 1060 Mini or a SATA 15-Pin to 8 pin PCIE Video Card Power Adapter for the RTX 2060 mini. I found these on Amazon.
Hope this information helps you or somenone else looking for the answer.
Cheers!
Niko
