Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will a 1060 work with the 320w PSU or is it not enough power? Currently using a 1050 in it.

Hi:

 

The GTX 1060 requires an additional power input.

Your PC's proprietary power supply does not have the supplemental 6-pin power connector required to power the card.
