Can my Victus support a bigger GPU with the present Power Unit?

My card is the RX 6400, just needs a little more, can I upgrade and to what without having to go to the 500w power supply?

And, come to think of it, perhaps a GTX 1660 Super 6GB GDDR6 would be an ever better pick for you: UserBenchmark: AMD RX 6400 vs Nvidia GTX 1660S (Super).  Shop around, and you should be able to get one for a good pricing.
