Yes.
It can be upgraded to 8 GB. but not to 16 GB.
Here is an online vendor source. Amazon.com may also sell the modules.

As pointed out by @erico HP has listed 8gb as the maximum. It is possible that 16gb can be used and some users have reported 16 worked depending on the board ID and possibly the BIOS
The p7-1254 system uses the HP AAHD2-HY motherboard and board 1.03 is shown in the video

some of the comments refer to using a pair of 8gb memory.
You should consider upgrading to a more modern system.
