Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Pavilion 690-0010 Gaming Desktop PC (3LA91AA), as fitted with an HP Sunflower motherboard (SSID: 8433), according to HP and secondary sources (for example, see: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-gaming-desktop-pc-690-0000a/37730935/model/21447498..., and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-690-0010), only allows up to 2 x 16GB of DDR4 PC4-19200, 2400 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 288-pin RAM sticks.
You could use, say DDR4 PC4-25600 3200 MHz RAM, but it will down throttle to 2400 MHz RAM speed.
Kind Regards,
