I was wondering if the CPU can be upgraded to AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-Core and if add AMD RX Vega 8 4000 (iGPU)?

This is the part number and description of the Weaver motherboard that comes with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor:
The motherboard costs over $1,000 if you buy it new from HP.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to buy a used or open box motherboard on eBay, if you want to go through all that trouble for a small performance boost.
New or open box motherboards would require the system information (serial number, etc.) be tattooed into the BIOS by an authorized HP service center.
