i have the hp pvailion power desktop 580-002 nx and it motherboard name is Odense2-k
My question is can i upgrade to gtx 1080 ti ?

I am not a HP employee.
The Nvidia dual slot reference card is about 10.5 inches in length. Some vendors make cards that are around 12 inches in length. Your chassis is 14.88 inches long .
You would have to measure along the PCIe x16 slot to see if either card will fit.
Zotac (Link) was making a SFF 1080 Ti. Other vendors may also be doing this.
The 300 watt uATX power supply HP includes with this system would have to be upgraded to a minimum 600 watt power supply. Measure the HP power supply and look for a replacement part that works in your PC's chassis.
You may see some thermal issues, when gaming, if you do a 1080 Ti in this chassis.
