Hi, @amrestrepo64

I believe the processor upgrade specs are incorrect regarding the ability to upgrade the processor.

It indicates the socket is a BGA (Ball Grid Array) which means the processor is an integral part of the motherboard (soldered to it).

I checked to make sure the 'BGA' info was correct by looking up your PC's processor specs on the AMD website.

AMD Athlon™ Silver 3050U | AMD

It indicates the socket is a FP5 socket.

FP5 is a BGA-1140 package for AMD mobile and embedded microprocessors with an integrated north bridge, graphics processor, and controller hub targeting the notebook and embedded market.

Also, if you look at the video that Resistencia gave you, there is no procedure in the video to remove and replace the processor itself.

You would have to replace the motherboard with one that has the AMD Ryzen 3 3250U processor.

it would be necessary to make go up information a little misleading!
