The specifications you were given are for old processors that can only run at one speed.
The company indicates 2.0 GHz is the minimum.
When necessary, your PC's processor can run up 4.2 GHz which is more than twice the company's minimum processor requirements.
You don't need to buy a new PC.
Your PC's processor is probably more powerful than 90% of the PCs in use.

Probably not.
Today's all in one PC's are little more than non-portable laptops as far as their internal components are concerned, and no laptop processors can be upgraded on laptops made in the last 10 years give or take.
What model processor does your AIO PC have now?
The complete processor model number, please.

You're in luck.
Your PC is one of those that can have the processor upgraded.
Below is the link to the motherboard specs for your PC:
The list of supported processors can be found under the processor upgrade info:

The Intel Core i7-12700T processor would be the best one you can upgrade to.

Not for the base frequency.
The i5 processor your PC currently has now has a higher base frequency than the i7 has.
The i3 is the only processor with a higher than 2.0 GHz base frequency.
But the i5 and i7 processors have a higher burst frequency than the i3.
I certainly don't recommend downgrading the processor to the i3 just for the higher processor base frequency.

This is what I'm trying to get to without buying a new computer. I don't use this for gaming. I use it for Customer Service Call Center at home.
Minimum 2 GB RAM with Intel or AMD CPU 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
