Hi,
The Thunderbolt USB-C ports in my HP ZI All-in-One G3 stopped working sometime ago so I decided to replace the motherboard. I was extreamly careful when dissembling the compomuter, replacing the motherboard and putting back every component togather again. Althuogh I was whering antistatic wrist strap, I made sure to not toutch sensitive compnonts and was handling them by the edge avoding all contacts.
Then, when I plugged the AC cable, the PC started by itself without even pressing the power button and after few seconds, I got a screen with the following messages:
WARNING!! Machine is not in committed state!
System is booting in Manufacturing Program Mode... : 34
BIOS Build Version: 0000
N52 ver. 01.03 04/01/2016
Press the ESC key for Startup Menu
I pressed the ESC key then after few seconds I got black screen with beeping sounds! It is 5 long beeps folowed by 2 short beeps and it is stock at this stage! Durring the beeps, the power button LED blinking red instead of the normal white color! I tried removing the CMOS battery and pressing the CMOS button to clear it but that did not do anything!
What is going one and how to fix this problem? Please help me!

For the first warning. Try entering the BIOS and turning on secure boot.
The second warning message tells you that there is no date, serial number, product name, build number or SKU present.
Check out the video follow the instructions and use the BIOS Configuration Utility. I do hope you are an advanced user. Good luck!
You should have tried reinstalling the driver for the Thunderbolt ports first instead of going to the extreme measure of installing a different motherboard.
If you had included the operating system name and version, I might have been able to help with the original motherboard.
The firmware is present at the Driver download portal

Hi Erico,
Many thanks for your feedback .. I highly appreciate it.
How to enter the BIOS with my HP Z1 AIO G3?
I also checked the video you provided and unless I am missing somthing, that video assumes that I can boot into Windows where in my case I can not even get the POST screen! What should I do?
BTW, I am not advanced user however I am very good at folowing instructions.
Looking forward for yur reply ..

Read through the BIOS Configuration user guide. That should help.
If not, I suggest taking your laptop to a shop.
