I've seem the 400W PSU upgrade for the 901764-001 upgrade referenced in forums, but can't seem to locate an item number for it. Due to the small size, I need one with the exact dimensions. Apologies if this has been answered and I'm just missing it.

@Mirthandir,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

Not knowing what the exact model PC you got -though it looks like you got an HP ProDesk 600 G3/G4 SFF (please verify and report), a compatible 400-watt power supply with p/n: 942332-001 / L04618-800 may be what you are asking for -please check the dimensions for fit inside your case as shown here:

HP ProDesk 600 G3 Small Form Factor PC

This thing is small. It's actually something that my daughter picked up cheap that I'm trying to help her get a GPU into, but PSU has to come first. If you still need the measurements, I'll have to make a trip so it'll probably be a minute before I can get back to you on that. Your assistance is appreciated.

I appreciate your time.

@Mirthandir,

You're welcome.

Unfortunately, some HP desktops don't lend themselves very well for upgrading, such as the HP ProDesk 600 G3 SFF -unlike other HP consumer desktop examples, such as the HP EliteDesk 800 G3/G4/G5 SFF platforms, which are a bit roomier and have various (meaningful) HOP proprietary power supply upgrades available.

Kind Regards,
