capture 3.jpgcapture 4.jpghi,

After updating my bios to the latest version, i lost my touchscreen and two usb 2.0 ports, the other two usb 3.0 ports are working.
I tried to downgrade, unfortunately I can't

the message displays "The system BIOS rollback failed. Unable to open BIOS Signature file"

Thanks for your help.

Have you tried downloading the BIOS file from the support portal, extracting it and then putting the BIOS ROM file and the SIG (signature) file on a USB flash drive?

Here is the HP driver portal for your PC

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-24-b100-all-in-one-desktop-pc-series/12...

Check all four BIOS versions to find one that has a SIG file and use that one.

Once you do that, try rolling back the BIOS.
