Getting this error trying to use the HP support portal:
Sorry, we are unable to determine if there are any support agent options for your location at this time. You can use other resources below or please try again later.
Is there any other way to get warranty support?

Well, now: a CA$158.49 HP 925 Ergonomic Vertical Mouse (at least via Amazon-Canada) should most certainly come with proper warranty support, especially for Canadian customers who are often underserved on regional HP support portals.
Here's how you can proceed to get warranty support despite the portal error:
1. HP Canada Contact Page (warranty, service, complaints):
Use the main HP Canada support page and navigate carefully: https://support.hp.com/ca-en:
Click “Contact Us”
Choose:
Product Category: "Accessories"
Then select: “HP 925 Ergonomic Vertical Mouse”
Then attempt to reach “Contact HP Support” options
If the portal again gives an error like "Sorry, we are unable to determine...", take a screenshot of the error as documentation.
