I have secure boot enabled (I checked). I am trying to get my wifi and graphics card working again. They stop working either when Windows upgrades (I went from TPM 1.2 to 2.0) or when Linux upgrades. I have to enroll the keys again.
I am using Fedora Linux version 40.
When I try to install the Nvidia driver (for example) it tells me that "the signed kernel module failed to load. Secure boot is enabled, so this is likely because the kernel does not trust any key which is capable of verifying the module signature."
It fails to enroll the key using mokutil. I can't delete keys either. I checked the existing keys using mokutil --list-enrolled and none of the signatures correspond to the keys I'm trying to install, so it hasn't worked but given a false error.
What can I do to enroll the keys I need for my wifi and Nvideo video card ? I can't see options in the Z840 bios to load keys.
where can I read about these "trusted keys"?
BTW, WIndows 10 is working fine. I'm tryping this from Windows.
