Id like to add A WD Caviar Blue 3.5"(https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16822136075) to my HP Pavilion 510-p010 desktop. Is this possible?

What is your budget? The 160GB  (149GB formatted) drive you want to purchase is not much additional space.  What is your reasoning?  Your unit has a 1TB hard drive (931GB formatted).

@Raspberrynani makes a valid point (2 SATA ports),  there are options, based on your answer to my question.

You can but you may need to give up on CD drive since the motherboard only have 2 sata connector
