Can you recommend a Graphic card upgrade for EliteDesk 800 G2Mini 35W for Gaming use.

It's not possible to upgrade a video card on a mini computer.

Actually... there are a couple of graphics card upgrade options available, by either utilizing your WLAN M.2 2230 (WiFi/BT) slot, or your M.2 NVMe 2280 M-key (PCIe x4) SSD slot, like this User did: HP EliteDesk 800 G2 DM 35W Performance Results - UserBenchmark.

For the M.2 GPU/External Graphics Adapter/Dock, probably a standard 25cm ribbon cable is sufficient for you. If you would like more slack, choose the 50cm length ribbon cable, such as this purchase option: https://www.ebay.com/itm/265923009764?chn=ps&var=565758763475&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A147HIF....
