I want to upgrade my GPU so I need a new PSU, since mine is only 180W.

Here is a cross reference spreadsheet.   It explains various PSU models.  You have a Sunflower motherboard like the hp 590-p0024. If you report back what you do with the unit, I will update the data fields.

Pick a card, and make a card board template of the card length.  Try it.
