Your HP ENVY 700-230qe CTO Desktop PC (E6S61AV), according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03983810, has been fitted with the MSI MS-7826 (HP Kaili with SSID: 2AF3) motherboard, which is 24-pin ATX power enabled.

Meaning, you should be able to swap the HP stock power supply with an industry standard ATX power supply, provided you watch its dimensions (LxWxH) for fit inside your case.

Incidentally, according to the manual, HP released this desktop with either a 460-watt (HP p/n: 633187-003) or a 600-watt (HP p/n: 633186-002) power supply.

Btw, as this HP Envy 700-230 benchmark shows, the fabled i7-4790K (aptly named "Devils Canyon") is also compatible: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/59964199.
