The numeric pad on my keyboard does not work. I cannot find the Num Lock key. The keyboard does not have programmable keys. What do I do?

I think this keyboard has number lock key. Look for the Num Lock key directly on the numpad section, it's standard on this full-size wireless model. Press Num Lock; the LED should light up if available, confirming activation. If not available then:

Use the Windows On-Screen Keyboard to toggle Num Lock on. Press Windows key + R, type "osk", and hit Enter to open it. Click Options, check "Turn on numeric keypad", then click OK and press Num Lock on the virtual pad.

Additionally if needed, you can also Try Fn + F11, Fn + F12, or Fn + Scroll Lock (look for a Num Lk icon on function keys) to toggle it if available.
