Cant switch Media Keys to normal Function Keys (Pavilion 600 wireless keyboard, WIN 10)

hi guys,

im in need for a big help...

I cant switch the function of the media keys to normal function keys.

I need the F1 F2 F3 etc to work normal for my work.

-I have a Asus PRIME Z370-A mobo and i cant find anything is the BIOS about this.

-I tried holding Fn and ESC, doest change anything.

-I cant download the manual from HP, server is too slow and i get a fail every time.

Is there a magic trick to switch this functionality?

Please help! Its very important for my work, i live on a remote island and its hard for me to just order another keyboard.

Is this your keyboard: HP Pavilion Wireless Keyboard 600 - HP Store Canada

In the top-right corner of the keyboard is a key with a "padlock" label. 

Does this key "lock" F1-F12 into the mode that you want?
