Caps lock not function correcctly and make pop up messages and finder on excel sheet disappears

Hi, All

I need assistance with my HP 975 Multi-Device Wireless Keyboard, even the Hp accessory center insatlled or not i am facing when try to use caps lock with some apps or pop up message that i need to use capital and samll letter in password pop up for my apple id for example or even with am using excel sheet and trying to use finder dialoge inside the app, when I press the capslock button it makes this dialgo boxes disappear. I have connected different brands like Lenovo Windows wired keyboard or even Apple wired keyboard ( very old version ), and I have never faced this issue with them.

Is there anyone else facing this issue with this keyboard like me on macOS? I wanna know if it is a firmware issue or what ( my keyboard firmware is up to date

I solved this issue after following these steps :

My final working setup is:

Karabiner-Elements

Devices → HP 970/975

• Modify Events = ON
• Manipulate Caps Lock LED = OFF

macOS

System Settings → Keyboard → Modifier Keys

• Caps Lock → Caps Lock

Result:

•  Caps Lock works normally (upper/lower case)
• Apple ID/password dialogs stay open
• Finder dialogs in Excel stay open
• The Caps Lock LED on the keyboard no longer reflects the state

That behavior actually makes technical sense now:

• Karabiner intercepts and re-emits Caps Lock cleanly
• The LED synchronization path is bypassed
• HP firmware no longer receives the problematic LED update

So the only sacrifice is:

• Keyboard Caps Lock light may stay off / inaccurate. I isolated it all the way down to Caps Lock LED synchronization rather than the key itself.
  
  I HOPE HP CAN RESOLVE THIS IN THE NEXT FIRMWARE UPDATE FOR HP 975 MULTI-DEVICE WIRELESS KEYBOARD
