Hi
You have a 20 pin minus one pin USB 3.0 front panel (FP) card reader.
You need an open 20 pin USB 3.0 motherboard header to use this device. Most MBs have one USB 3.0 header, normally occupied, for available two front panel or top panel USB 3.0 ports.
Disconnect the current USB 3.0 FP connector. Then plug in the new FP device.
Adding an additional option: Try an X1 PCIe adapter with two external USB 3 ports and one internal male USB 3 header at this link: https://www.amazon.com/Silverstone-Express-External-Internal-Connector/dp/B00H45K37Y/ref=sr_1_19?cri...
Or try a splitter https://www.amazon.com/GINTOOYUN-Extension-Splitter-Internal-Adapter/dp/B09CGL4K96/ref=sr_1_3?keywor...
You may experience stability issues or data throughput problems when concurrently running multiple devices on one USB MB header. Or the splitter may not work. Try at your own risk.
