What are the fan sizes for all the case fans? Are any PWM compatible? TIA

Excellent question. According to HP Pavilion 570-p050 Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support and HP PartSurfer, your CPU cooling fan size is a 4-pin 92 x 25 mm (p/n: 859086-001 ("Fan - System Fan, 9225 2500RPM Axial, Shave2").

Based on my experience with HP desktops, it is likely that all your desktop cooling fans are the same size.  You'll have to check that, of course.

 

Here is one example of a PWM-compatible 9225-type cooling fan: Amazon.com: Noctua NF-B9 redux-1600 PWM, High Performance Cooling Fan, 4-Pin, 1600 RPM (92mm, Grey) ....
