Pavilion 23-a300a
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dose anybody know how to remove the rear case of the Pavilion 23-a300a.  Its the model with the speakers along the bottom. Thanks

If it's taking that much force it isually means pne of the screws isn't completely loose.

 

The clips should pop free fairly easily just sliding your nails along the eges from the outside going in.

Hi Baz,

This will void your warranty if there is one:

Three screws on the bottom that don't come out, they just unscrew til they click.

Then it's all plastic clips from there.

There are some videos you can search for.

I found the three screws but it seems that it will take a fair bit of force to undo the clips. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to break anything.
