OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've moved my Desktop a couple of years ago, on the back of the car I thought it was safe. I'm currently unable to unlock the locking mechanism and haven't been able to clean it because of this and unable to upgrade the ram. I wanted to know if there's a non-destructive way of opening the side case pannel with the lock mechanism malfunctioning.

Any tip can help thank you!

Here is a video that may help you open the side panel:

I am wondering if you haven't unlocked the side panel at the rear of the computer?  This would definitely keep it from unlocking.

You are very welcome, @FSrise!  I thought the lock may be your problem.  I have done things like that several times over the years.
