Hello,
Unfortunately, HP doesn't document their motherboards.
It is printed H-IG41-uATX REV 1.1 on the motherboard.
I assume the CPU socket is a LGA 775.
The CPU right now is a Core 2 Duo E7500 aka Wolfdale, L2 = 3 MB, 1066 MHz FSB, 2.93 GHz.
Does this support Core2 Quad?

Hi:
Here is a link to the spec sheet for your PC.

Looks like one Core2 Quad processor is supported (Q8300).

Take a look here.
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Core_2_Duo/E7500.html
"Upgrade Chance" is a probability of a successful processor upgrade/downgrade from the Core 2 Duo E7500 (original CPU) to a specific model.
