Hi! Im asking can i change my psu from hp (180watt) to a chieftec aps-450s 450w? Thanks.

As per the Product specifications, it shows that your PC has been shipped with Internal 180 W PSU,
So, If you wish to upgrade the power supply the only thing that you need to observe is the form factor.
This PC support uATX form factor, so when you're upgrading, please ensure to check the other power supply supports the same form factor.
Only then, it would be compatible on this PC.
Regarding the chieftec aps-450s 450w, this power supply supports ATX form factor, so this may not be compatible on your PC.

While the motherboard is uATX, the PSU is ATX . Just measure the existing PSU.
