I have a laptop(hp compaq cq58) with intel celeron B830 which comes with FCPGA988 socket .I want to update it to core i3 or core i5 processor . Am I able to do it if I change the processor which have the same socket ? and also I have a extra processor which is intel i3 330m comes with pga988 socket I can put this i3 into my laptop motherboard? Can anyone provide me a list of processor which will support in my laptop without facing any kind of issue such as low power for the processor etc?

You would need new system board as shown on page 81.
