Product: HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cb1000i (4N1Q9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

What is the safest way to copy everything on my old hdd to my new ssd. Both machines are hp all in one. I tried macrium reflect and it didn't work. I had to reset my new one to factory.

There are many free cloning software around, macrium should work and give same results like others. Please try a different software
