Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I have a HP pro mini 260 G9 and HP prodesk 400 G6. I am trying have same OS with same set up on both PC. Source PC is G9 and I have been able to clone 500 GB M2 using external cloner with source from G9. G9 is booting up with cloned SSD but G6 is not booting up with cloned SSD. I trid windows start up repair and still no success. Even upgraded BIOS on G6 and still no success. If I reinstall windows from advance recovery then G6 boots up but all the software are gone. I am trying to have identical G9 and G6. G6 needs to be cloned from G9. Will you be able to provide help?
