HP Recommended

I have an old Compaq dx2250 Microtower that doesn't really work. When I power it on it starts the fans on max power but it doesn't do anything else than that. It doesn't give out any signal for the monitor via the vga port. I swapped out the cmos battery but it didn't helped.
