I was wonder if i could add a AMD 7950 gpu to my pc i have rn, and in the future if i could change the case, and ill will change the power supply. Would that all be compatible?

Sorry, you have issues against the change,
1) The motherboard, a Lubin, does not tolerate long dual slot cards. These tend to slam into the 24 pin Main Power harness.
2) HD 7950 is an added 200W, but it will not fit.
3) One of these should fit, but you will have to get EXACT length and width. Then determine new PSU.
4) New case will never solve the GPU case issue.
Any new case requires the front switch power switch to be rewiring to match HP front panel header.
