The YouTube video you were given shows the 8200 Elite SFF as the model PC the card is being installed in, not the USDT.

 

No standard or low profile PCIe x16 graphics card will work in the 8200 Elite USDT.

 

Your PC's motherboard does not have a PCIe x16 slot.

 

Those use totally different graphics cards called MXM cards, and in order to install one of those in your PC, if it has the onboard Intel graphics you have to purchase the supported MXM card, graphics card heat sink, and the 180W power supply in order for the card to work.

Heat sink - MXM graphics card (includes thermal material)       646807-001

 

Generally, it is not easy to find the parts you need, and I don't recommend trying to upgrade the graphics in your PC.
