HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0024

I am trying to play a game that requires a TPM module to play, but the TPM is not being detected on my Windows even though it shows up in the BIOS and Device Manager. I have Secure Boot enabled with HP keys and I have TPM set to Available and to On

Device Encryption Support says: Reasons for failed automatic device encryption: TPM is not usable, PCR7 binding is not supported, Hardware Security Test Interface failed and Device is not on Modern Standby, Un-allowed DMA capable bus/device(s) detected, TPM is not usable
