I want to know to what GPU's I can upgrade to. PC - HP ProDesk 600 G1 Base Model Small Form Factor PC. Motherboard - Hewlett-Packard 18e7

There is nothing much exciting you can do graphics-wise with this PSU.

But wait. If you were to use a "24 Pin To 6Pin For HP 600 G1 ATX Converter Adapter Power Cable", such as seen here: https://www.ebay.com/itm/124371929913?chn=ps&_trkparms=ispr%3D1&amdata=enc%3A1SHh6FLa3R3qPIcjm-kIGSw..., the sky is literally the limit as to what graphics card you fancy.

For your indulgence, please take a look what HP ProDesk 600 G1 SFF Users have been able to do: https://www.userbenchmark.com/System/HP-ProDesk-600-G1-SFF/5180.  Yes, you saw that right: RTX 3090, GTX 1080-Ti, RTX 2080, RTX 2060 Super, etc.

By the way, a "24 Pin To 6Pin For HP 600 G1 ATX Converter Adapter Power Cable" can be bought anywhere, and that would include Amazon, such as here: Amazon.com: COMeap 24 Pin to 6 Pin ATX Power Adapter Cable for HP Z220 Z230 SFF MT TWR Series 4000 6....

This power converter alternative is inexpensive, reliable and safe.

The problem with a 240 watt power supply is that even a low power graphics card possessing a decent gaming performance such as the GeForce GTX 1650 OC Low Profile 4GB, still requires a minimum aka "recommended" 300 watt power supply as per: GeForce® GTX 1650 OC Low Profile 4G Specification | Graphics Card - GIGABYTE Global.

If you want to stick with your 240 watt PSU, what can you do with a 240 watt power supply?
