Computer Not Recognising Additional RAM

Hi - I have an h8-1170uk desktop, with 8GB of  Ram (2x4GB)

I have just installed 2 more 4GB's of the same type (Checked the specs carefully), but the Ram is not being recognised by my system.

What can I do?
