hey
this indicates a memory problem in general
I'm not sure I understand what you tried.

P Pavilion 590-p0053w Desktop PC Product Specifications
so according to the product page you have

  • Amount: 8 GB
  • Speed: PC4-21300 MB/s
  • Type: DDR4-2666

probably only one memory module
if the case, and that the latter, does not work in any slot then it must be replaced by a compatible one

  • Dual channel memory architecture
  • Two DDR4 UDIMM (288-pin) sockets
  • Supports up to PC4-21300 (DDR4 2666)
  • Supports 4 GB and 8 GB DDR4 UDIMMs
  • Supports up to 4 GB on 32-bit systems
    note:
32-bit systems cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.
  • Supports up to 32 GB (with two 16 GB modules) and 16 GB (with two 8 GB modules) on 64-bit computers

what i mean was . i check the memory 1 by 1 as i read from other people having the same problem. disconnect everything took both memory sticks out and tried 1 in module 1= same noise. did the same with the other one = same noise. then i got the original that came with pc and = same . ( forgot to tell you i upgraded more than 6 months ago to 32gb = 2 16gb sticks , and it was working fine, i also added a Nvidia Gforce gtx. i did research before doing all that to make sure it was compatible and able to supported). i did change the CMOS BATTERY AS WELL (found that on other video lol).

Ok, in this case from when you encountered this problem?
if you replaced the original module, which I imagine should work, then indeed, it may be a problem other than ..
More difficult to diagnose.
Do a test by replacing everything at the origin
