Any idea how to get HP to respond? Computer was purchased last January. Nothing changed it just suddenly won't boot up at all. I tried multiple known good outlets - cannot get any response.
I made a ticket but when I say I want to chat or call the website says that is "unavailable". I made a case number a few days ago and have not gotten any follow up.
How can I get someone to talk to me - if both chat and phone support are "unavailable"? Is there some other number I can try?

Have you tried any power troubleshooting? (see the Computer doesn't turn on or boot up section)

The Virtual Assistant can be pretty helpful.
Your AIO PC may just need a hard reset.
