HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-r115nf
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to connect a Mac Mini (Apple) to my HP Pavilion All-in-One (2-r115nf, 2019) : it means to use my PC device as a monitor only, running the Mac Mini as the computer. I hope it's clear... Apple told me I should check that.

Thank you,

I contacted HP assistance and it appears that it doesn’t work to use the all-in-one as a monitor only for the M1 Mac Mini.

Thanks for replying.

@djoupette78

The specs of your machine is

        https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06097008

It has HDMI in for games consoles (it may also work for computers) at its back (Port #8.)

You also need to switch (location #5) to tell your machine to use input from out side source

Regards.
